Fall Duck Encounters by Appointment

Spring and Summer Duck Encounters are closed, but Fall is open by appointment.

To schedule a duck encounter for later summer/fall of 2025, email flocksittingmn@gmail.com with your duck encounter request. Include any days of the weeks and times that you prefer, and we will get you scheduled.

Duck Encounter

Duck encounters offer a way to spend time up close and personal with our flock. These encounters are for small groups (5 people maximum). You will get the chance to meet each of our ducks, learn about fowl ownership, and by the time you leave, you’ll be able to tell your friends and family that you are besties with a duck.

Duck Encounters Include:

- Meeting our flock of ducks

- Touching/Petting (their feathers are very soft)

- Giving treats (we have meal worms and veggies on hand)

- Get your picture with our ducks

- Learn about the difference between domestic and wild ducks

- Learning the difference between boy and girl ducks (they quack differently!)

- Check the coop for fresh eggs

Cost: $50/group

Visit length: ~30-45 minutes
