What is a Flock Sitter?
As a flock sitter you become a dedicated caregiver for chickens, ducks, geese, and other fowl. You are tasked with ensuring the well-being of the flock by conducting regular home visits to check on the birds. Responsibilities include refreshing water and food supplies, distributing treats, collecting eggs, and assessing the overall health and safety of the flock. 2+ years owning and caring for fowl (chickens, ducks, geese, etc.)
Basic knowledge of poultry nutrition, health, and behavior.
An appreciation for backyard fowl as cherished companions, viewing them with the same regard as cats, dogs, and other traditional pets.
Reliable transportation
